Optimization of fractional order PI controller to regulate grid voltage connected photovoltaic system based on slap swarm algorithm

Problems with voltage and stability have arisen as a result of the dramatic development in renewable energy generating units, notably solar systems linked to low medium networks, influence active loads that vary rapidly from time during day. Because reactive power is directly proportional voltage, its use producing units can only improve their efficiency. Better performance for these controllers possible via usage several controller types. In this paper, we salp swarm optimization algorithm (SSA) design fractional order proportional-integral (FO-PI) controllers, whose job it regulate inverters by compensating overvoltage undervoltage presented inverters' ability absorb produce power. After that, compared FO-PI controller's results those standard PI controller. Grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system modeling simulation were performed using MATLAB/ Simulink tools. full PV was simulated most likely situations across range grid weather conditions. We may infer model credible, reliable, applicable analysis grid-connected systems.
